Widget Management

Absolutely! You can modify your widgets at any time:

  • Content: Update text, links, images, and ads
  • Styling: Change colors, fonts, borders, animations
  • Behavior: Adjust rotation timing and display modes
  • Settings: Modify dimensions and responsive options
Changes take effect immediately on all embedded instances!

Important: Deleting a widget is permanent!

When you delete a widget:

  • All embedded instances stop working immediately
  • Historical analytics data is preserved
  • The instance slot becomes available for new widgets
  • Embed codes become invalid

Consider disabling instead of deleting if you might need it later.

Troubleshooting

Common solutions:

Check These First:
  • Embed code copied correctly
  • JavaScript enabled in browser
  • Widget not disabled/deleted
  • No ad blockers interfering
Advanced Debugging:
  • Check browser console for errors
  • Verify iframe dimensions
  • Test on different browsers
  • Check HTTPS/HTTP compatibility
Quick test: Try the embed code on a simple HTML page first

Styling issues usually occur with script embedding:

Quick Fixes:
  • Switch to iframe embedding
  • Add !important to widget CSS
  • Use more specific CSS selectors
  • Adjust container width/height
Prevention:
  • Test on staging site first
  • Use consistent color schemes
  • Match your site's fonts
  • Consider responsive settings

Analytics may delay for several reasons:

  • Processing time: Updates every 15-30 minutes
  • Low traffic: Need minimum views to register
  • Cache issues: Try refreshing the analytics page
Normal delay: Allow up to 1 hour for new data to appear
